Mike Dermendjian is a founding partner of Guardian Legal Group LLP, located in Encino, California. His practice concentrates on civil litigation, business law and contract law. Mr. Dermendjian has represented both business entities and individuals in various legal matters ranging from business contracts and disputes to wrongful death and traumatic brain injury lawsuits.

Mr. Dermendjian earned his J.D. from Southwestern Law School where he focused on specializing in litigation and real estate law. During his time at Southwestern Law School, Mr. Dermendjian externed for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office as a law clerk in the Hardcore Gang Division. He furthered his legal experience as an intern at Mgdesyan Law Firm, where he primarily focused on discovery and motion law.

Mr. Dermendjian graduated with honors from the University of California, San Diego with a B.A. in philosophy and a minor in law and society. Outside of the firm, Mr. Dermendjian is substantially involved in the Los Angeles Armenian community and his local Armenian Church. This has allowed him to utilize his experience and background to contribute to local Armenian organizations and committees. Through Guardian Legal Group, Mr. Dermendjian has emphasized the importance of giving back to the community through volunteer and pro-bono work.
